CHICKEN STEAK
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 tsp whole black pepper crushed
- 2 tsp soy sauce (light)
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 small sized onion sliced finely
- 1 tsp of sugar
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breast with all the above ingredients at least for an hour, the longer you marinate the better it will taste.
- In a pan add butter, grill the fillet till the fillet is nicely cooked (10 - 12min) and the onion is nicely caramelised.
- Remove the fillet from the pan, set it aside. To the pan now add in some cornflour and water to the remains and thicken the gravy.
- Serve the fillet with gravy drizzles, mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
