CHICKEN STEAK



Ingredients
  1. 2 chicken breast fillets
  2. 1 tsp whole black pepper crushed
  3. 2 tsp soy sauce (light)
  4. 4 cloves of garlic minced
  5. 1 small sized onion sliced finely
  6. 1 tsp of sugar
  7. salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken breast with all the above ingredients at least for an hour, the longer you marinate the better it will taste.
  2. In a pan add butter, grill the fillet till the fillet is nicely cooked (10 - 12min) and the onion is nicely caramelised.
  3. Remove the fillet from the pan, set it aside. To the pan now add in some cornflour and water to the remains and thicken the gravy.
  4. Serve the fillet with gravy drizzles, mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms.
